Your access to the Medica Pharmacy & Wellness Center mobile application and websites, including co-branded Medica Pharmacy & Wellness Center-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Medica Pharmacy & Wellness Center Digital Services”), is subject to the Medica Pharmacy & Wellness Center Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.
